30-Day Return Policy
You may return non-customized and factory-sealed products, within 30 days of receipt.
* However, you would have to bear the shipping fee(s) incurred.
Wrong Items or Defective Products
For items that are incorrect or with manufacturing defects upon delivery, please provide an image of the product, the tracking number, and the order ID by email at admin@rosetechnics.com within 7 days after the successful delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a solution accordingly, including exchange, replacement or repair service, depending on the problem encountered.
* Note: Depending on the particular situations, if one of the items in the package is defective/ incorrect/ missing (e.g. ear tips, carry case and etc.), a refund or replacement will be initiated only for that particular item.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us before the shippiing notification email. Once the product leaves our warehouse, we are unlikely to intercept it in time. Then you probably need to return the product to us at your own expense, and we will issue a full refund once the product arrives in our warehouse and gets confirmed in new condition.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We initiate a refund/replacement only once we have received the returned product. It generally takes up to 3 business days for the refund to process. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending the payment methods.
